We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)to join our team! You will perform activities supporting recruiting and talent acquisition efforts. This is a temporary contract assignment lasting between 6-12 mos and will be assigned to a medical device manufacturer located in Greenwood, IN.
Responsibilities:
- Screen and recruit potential employees
- Coordinate on-site interviews
- Accurately maintain applicant tracking system
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with all hiring managers
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
